My name is Alison, I have worked at Bush House Care Home for 15 years as the administrator and recently been promoted to Administrator/HR Manager.

My hobbies include walking, reading, gardening, going to the theatre to watch a good musical. Enjoy travelling to different countries and experience the cultures they have to offer.

Kyle

My name is Kyle, I am the manager of the Bush House Care Home. Previously I was the depty managerat Bush House. I have many years’ of experience in health and social care management, with a primary focus on turn-around management, governance improvement, regulatory compliance and quality assurance. I am also trained in education, with a specialist focus on assessing healthcare and healthcare management. I also have a role as the Practice Development Facilitator at Bush House, educating staff on best practices to improve overall quality of care. In my spare time I enjoy fitness and attending the gym as well as travelling and exploring new cities and countries the world has to offer.

Malcolm

My name is Malcolm, I was born in England, but lived in Pembrokeshire for the past 14 years. I have been in my current job role as the maintance manager for 14 years. I have spent a lot of time modernising the building with a lot more to come. I love working at Bush House as its an enjoyable place to work. My hobbies include deep sea fishing and watching the sports on TV.

Tracey Carroll

My name is Tracey! I have worked at Bush House for 12 years, where I stated as the Kitchen Assistant. I was then promoted to Cook 1 year later, and then progressed to being the Kitchen Manager. I have been the Kitchen Manager for the past 5 years, love my role and enjoy leading my team to provide the residents with the best home cooked meals!. My hobbies are my family, I have 3 children and 6 grandchilden and a French Bulldog which is my biggest baby! He keeps me very busy!
